手作りご飯の復活だい! (The revival of home-cooked dish)

鰹節、白ゴマ、黒ゴマの中で 豚肉、キャベツ、人参、キュウリ、レタス、ジャガイモ、豆腐を煮込みました(o^v^o)。
今日は、6日分作り置き。
そこに、何時ものサプリとオリーブオイルを少々加えて、ハイ、お食べ(*^-^*)。
Ingredients
dried bonito, sesami(white and black), pork, cabage, carrot, cucumber, lettuce, potato, tofu all boiled in plenty of water.
Today I made for 6 days.
Before sarving, I added supplement and olive oil in this handmade diet.
Please help yourself to this yummy dish.
