On a rainy day, if dogs feel bored, why not give them a fun thing like 'Hide-and -seek'?
First of all, let your dog sniff a thing and ask them to sit and wait. Next, hide the thing in the spot you decided after walking around house touching some places with the thing.
The game starts with your command 'Find it.'
